Deleting your DONG account

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open DONG → Profile → the Settings gear.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

E-mail us at [e-mail] from the e-mail address of the Google or Facebook account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete account”. We reply within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

Your account, coins, points, tickets, list, history, reminders, and the comments and clips you posted — permanently, from your phone and from the server.

What is kept

Payment records, for as long as the law requires, and — without your name, under a pseudonym — proof of the consents you gave, moderation decisions and the reasons of reports you sent (required by law for audits and the transparency report), plus a record that the deletion took place. Data held by analytics and ad providers expires under their own rules (analytics: 14 months). A Google Play subscription is cancelled separately, in Google Play → Subscriptions.
