Illegal content and moderation

Information required by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (Digital Services Act, DSA).

Single point of contact (Art. 11 and 12)

Authorities, the European Commission and users: [e-mail-dsa]. Languages: Romanian, English.

Report illegal content (Art. 16)

In the app: long-press the comment → Report. Without the app: write to [e-mail-dsa] with:

1. the link to or exact description of the content;
2. why you consider it illegal;
3. your name and e-mail (optional for child sexual abuse);
4. a statement that the information is accurate, made in good faith.

We confirm receipt and notify you of our decision.

How we moderate (Art. 14 and 17)

We remove content that is illegal or contrary to our terms. The author receives a statement of reasons in the app: what was removed, why, on what grounds and whether the decision was automated.

Appeals (Art. 20 and 21)

You can appeal a decision within 6 months, from the notification received in the app. Appeals are reviewed by a human. You can also turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body.
